Health Insurance

Healthcare costs continue to rise, and Employee Retirement Services (ERS) works hard to provide affordable health insurance options for Texas employees and their families. With a variety of quality plans available, you’ll have the support you need to maintain your health and well-being.

Retirement Benefits

Texas offers a competitive pension plan, as well as a personal savings option designed to help you plan for your future financial security. It’s our way of ensuring that you have the security and peace of mind in your retirement years.

Optional Benefits

In addition to comprehensive health insurance, Texas employees can select from a range of optional benefits, including:

  • Dental Coverage to maintain your oral health
  • Vision Services at affordable rates, so you can take care of your eyesight
  • Accident Insurance in case of unforeseen events
  • Life Insurance options to ensure your loved ones are protected
